Position Overview
Oversee and lead ELCCO’s preconstruction function to ensure we pursue the right work, price it accurately, and deliver projects that are profitable and execution ready. 

• Estimating performance, priorities, and quality
• Bid strategy and backlog quality
• Margin protection and scope accuracy
• Estimating systems, tools, and databases
• Team leadership and development
• Cross-functional alignment with Ops, BD, and PMs
• Market insights and strategic input

What You’ll Own

• Lead complex estimates and reviews
• Manage capacity and priorities
• Establish pricing and scope standards
• Drive go/no-go decisions
• Improve tools, data, and processes
• Experience developing team capability
